Configuring the company account
Configuring the company account is one of the first things to do after creating the organisation in Proplanum. The company settings cover the whole team and every location, and the values entered here become the default basis for the entire system. This article is the starting point — it shows where to find each setting and points you to the detailed instructions.
Editing the Organisation Administrator's personal details
Before you configure the company, it is worth filling in your own profile — that is the data other users see, plus the notification settings.
- Log in to Proplanum. You will land on the main dashboard.
- In the menu on the left click your avatar at the bottom and choose My profile.
- Click Edit data.
- Change your personal details: first name, last name, phone number, preferred language and notification settings.

Editing the company profile
This is where you configure the global settings of the whole organisation.
- On the main dashboard, in the menu on the left, click Company settings (the cog icon at the bottom of the menu).
- From the dropdown pick the item you want to configure.

What you can do in the company settings
Each item leads to a separate article with detailed instructions.
- General settings — the company's basic details (logo, contact person, VAT invoice details) and the global configuration: time format, country, language, currency, time zone, date format and the national minimum wage amount. Details: Basic details and the global configuration.
- Positions and tags — create the positions and tags used across the company. Details: Positions and tags.
- Employment templates — prepare sets of employment conditions and available requests that you assign to employees in bulk. Details: Employment templates.
- Requests — configure the request types (for example leave, sick notes) that will apply in the organisation. Details in the Requests category.
- Holidays — set the public holidays and days off; you can import them from a Google calendar or add your own. Details: Public holidays and days off.
- Employment code — turn the legal checks on and choose whether breaches are only reported or also blocked when the schedule is published. Details: The employment code.
- Day markings — set the codes Proplanum uses to describe days in the schedule and in exports: time off in lieu (days off) and the working-day codes used in R2 Płatnik. Details: Day markings.
- Export codes — create your own Excel report types matched to your HR and payroll settlements. Details: Export codes.
- Integrations — turn on ready-made export formats for particular HR and payroll programs (for example Comarch Optima, R2 Płatnik, Enova). Details: HR and payroll integrations.
