Articles on: Configuring Proplanum for the company

HR and payroll integrations

Integrations are ready-made, predefined data export formats matched to particular HR and payroll programs. With them you pass data from Proplanum to your HR and payroll system without adjusting the files by hand — you just switch the right integration on. That is what sets them apart from Export codes, where you define your own Excel reports for your own settlements.

Integrations are switched on and off by the Organisation Administrator.

Where to find the integrations

  1. In the menu on the left click Company settings (the cog icon at the bottom of the menu).
  2. Go to the Integrations tab.

You will see a grid of cards — each card is one HR and payroll program with a toggle to switch it on.

How to turn an integration on

  1. Find the card of the program you use.
  2. Set the toggle on the card to on.
  3. Under the card you will see when the integration was switched on and by whom (for example "Switched on by ").

Remember: once an integration is on, the relevant export format becomes available in RCP System → Exports. That is where you download the prepared file for the chosen program.

How to turn an integration off

  1. On the card of an integration that is on, set the toggle to off.
  2. Confirm switching it off in the confirmation window.

The integrations available

  • Comarch Optima
  • R2 Płatnik
  • Enova
  • DATEV Lodas
  • WAPRO
  • SAP
  • Symfonia
  • Gratyfikant (BETA)
  • Gratyfikant Nexo (BETA)

Caution: the integrations marked BETA are still being tested — check that the exported data is correct before rolling them out in production.

Integrations versus export codes

  • Integrations — ready formats for a particular program (Comarch, Płatnik, Enova…), switched on with a single toggle.
  • Export codes — your own Excel report types, which you define yourself for your own settlements. See Export codes.

The ready export files (both from the integrations and the reports by code) are downloaded in the RCP System category → Exports.
