Notifications tell you about the most important changes in Proplanum — a new schedule, a task or a decision on a leave request. You decide yourself what you want to be told about and through which channel. You change the settings in a browser, in your profile.

Open the notification preferences

1. Log in to your account through a browser: app.proplanum.com/login.
2. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner and pick "My profile".
3. On the profile page click "Edit data".
4. On the left pick the "Notification preferences" tab.

Pick the channels and the notification types

The notifications are laid out in a table: the columns hold the two channels and the rows the event types. Tick the checkbox where the channel and the type you want to be told about meet.

The channels available:

• App — the notification appears in the app (among other things as a notification on your phone).
• Mail — the notification goes to the e-mail address assigned to your account.

The notification types:

• A new work schedule created — when your supervisor publishes a new schedule.
• A new task — when a task is assigned to you.
• Updates to the work schedule — when your shifts change in a schedule that has already been published.
• Changes to the status of leave requests — when your request is approved or rejected.

Once you have ticked the fields you want, click "Save".

What next

From now on you get only the notifications you ticked. You can change the settings at any time in the same tab. Your other account details — first name, phone, password or the KIOSK PIN — are changed in the "Personal information" tab; that is described in Logging in and updating your profile.
