Public holidays and days off
In the Holidays tab you decide which days are non-working at your company. Every holiday you add becomes a day off and is taken into account when the schedule is planned, so you will not plan work on days when there is none. You can import holidays automatically from a Google calendar, show trading Sundays or add your own and assign them to particular locations.
They are configured by the Organisation Administrator.
Opening the Holidays tab
- In the menu on the left click Company settings (the cog icon at the bottom of the menu).
- Pick Holidays.

The toggles at the top
There are two toggles at the top of the tab:
- Google calendar integration — once on, the system automatically assigns to the company every holiday from the Google calendar for the country chosen.
- Trading Sundays — once on, trading Sundays appear on the list as separate cards.
Filtering the list
You narrow the list of holidays down with filters:
- Country
- Month
- Location
- Year
The holidays are grouped by month and shown as cards.
Adding your own holiday
- Click Add holiday.
- Enter the name of the holiday.
- Set the date by picking the day from the calendar.
- In the Locations field indicate one or more locations the holiday is to apply to. With no location indicated, the holiday covers the whole company.
- Tick Repeats every year if the holiday is to come back on the same day each year.
- Click Add.

Saving the changes
Once you have made your changes (turning the toggles on or adding holidays), click Save changes in the top right corner of the screen.
