What to do if you forget your account password?

Forgetting a password happens to everybody. Proplanum has a simple recovery mechanism that lets you set a new password yourself and get back to work in moments — with no need to contact support. It works both in a browser and in the mobile app.

Resetting the password through a browser

On the login page click Forgot password.
Enter the e-mail address linked to your account.
Check your inbox — you will get the code needed to set a new password.
Enter the new password, confirm it and type in the code you received.
Save the new password. The system will take you straight to your organisation's dashboard.

The mechanism works exactly as it does in a browser. On the login screen pick Forgot password, give your e-mail address, enter the code you received by e-mail, then set and save a new password.

Remember: the password reset code goes to the e-mail address assigned to the account. If the message does not arrive, check the spam folder and make sure you are giving the right address.
