Who can manage the plan and the payments?

The billing section in Proplanum is available only to selected roles — that way plan changes, payments and invoice details stay in the hands of the people authorised to handle them. Below you will find who has access and what they can do.

Who has access to billing

Only two roles see the "Billing" section:

Organisation Administrator — full management: changing the plan and the number of seats, payments, editing the invoice details and ending the service.
Advisor — seeing the billing information and downloading invoices.

The other roles do not see the "Billing" section and have no access to the plan or the payments.

If the organisation's plan is "Managed by Proplanum", the changes are made by your account manager — the administrator does not change the plan themselves in that case.

Where to find it

In the left sidebar pick the "Billing" entry (at the bottom). The "Your subscription" portal will open with the plan, the payments and the invoices.

If you cannot see that entry in the menu, your role has no billing permissions — get in touch with the Organisation Administrator.
