The packages available

The 21-day trial gives you the full package — every feature, no limits and no card to add. It is time to see how Proplanum works out in your organisation. Once it ends, you pick a plan matched to your needs. Below we describe how the packages differ and what you get in each of them.

What happens after the trial?

When the 21-day trial comes to an end, you have two routes:

You pick a plan — monthly or annual (annual works out cheaper per person). You activate the plan in the "Your subscription" portal (left sidebar → "Billing").
You do nothing — access to the full features then expires, and we keep your data for some time so you can come back without losing your configuration.

You can decide on a plan at any point during the trial — there is no need to wait until the last day.

The packages in Proplanum

The packages build up incrementally: each higher one contains everything from the one below and adds further features.

Silver

The basic package for planning work:

the online work schedule
electronic leave requests
HR and payroll exports

Price: 14 PLN net per person per month (or 12 PLN billed annually).

Gold

Everything in Silver, plus:

work time tracking
the task manager

Price: 18 PLN net per person per month (or 16 PLN billed annually).

Platinum

Everything in Gold, plus:

the company chat
the automatic work schedule

Price: 20 PLN net per person per month (or 18 PLN billed annually).

Diamond

The package for large companies — an individual arrangement with an SLA and a DPA, and staffing planned by metrics and demand. Diamond does not appear in the plan picker; we prepare the quote individually.

Free in every package

Whichever plan you choose, you get at no extra cost:

the mobile app (iOS and Android)
an unlimited number of locations, positions and departments
SSO login (Microsoft and Google)

Changing the plan mid-period

How a change is settled depends on which way it goes.

Upgrading the plan (for example Silver → Gold) or buying extra seats — settled immediately (a pro-rata top-up), with the higher features and the new seats available straight away.
Downgrading the plan or reducing the number of seats — takes effect only from the next billing period (a scheduled change).

You cannot go below the number of seats currently taken. If you want to reduce the limit, archive the corresponding number of employees first.
