Payment and billing methods
You can pay for your Proplanum subscription in two ways: automatically from a card you have added, or by hand as a one-off payment. This article explains how each method works and how a period is renewed, so you keep access to the application without interruption. Billing is available to the Organisation Administrator and the Advisor.
You will find billing in the left sidebar, at the bottom — the "Billing" entry opens the "Your subscription" portal.
Automatic payment (a card added)
The most convenient way is a default card. Once you add one, the system takes the amount automatically when the period renews — there is nothing to remember.
- In the "Your subscription" portal go to the right-hand rail, to the "Next payment" section.
- Click "Manage cards".
- Add a card and set it as the default.
From then on the renewal amount will be taken from the card automatically on the renewal date.

Paying by hand
If you have no default card added, you pay for the subscription by hand — as a one-off payment before the end of the period.
- In the "Coming up" section (the "Your plan" card) find the "Pay for the next period" button.
- Click "Pay for the next period" — the button becomes active 7 days before the end of the current period.
- Pick a payment method and complete the transaction.

The payment methods available
Once you click "Pay for the next period" you pick one of the one-off methods handled by Stripe:
- a payment card
- BLIK
- Przelewy24
- Google Pay
