An overview of the billing panel

The billing panel is the one place where you check your plan, manage payments and download invoices. Thanks to it you know at any moment how many seats you have bought, when the renewal falls and what amount will be taken. The panel is available to the Organisation Administrator and the Advisor.

Where to find the billing panel

  1. Open the left sidebar in the application.
  2. At the bottom pick the "Billing" entry.
  3. The "Your subscription" portal will open with all the information about the plan and the payments.

What you will find in the panel

The panel is divided into two parts: the main column on the left (the plan, the timeline of what is coming up, recent activity) and the right-hand rail (payment, invoice details, documents).

Your plan

The "Your plan" card shows the current state of your subscription:

  • the name of the plan along with its status and billing period,
  • the seat counts: "Free" (available to fill), "Taken" (assigned to active employees) and "Purchased" (the total limit), together with a usage bar,
  • the "+ Buy extra seats" button — raises the limit straight away in the current period,
  • the "Change plan" button — moving to a higher or a lower package,
  • the "Reduce the seat limit" link — scheduling fewer seats from the next period.

During the trial the card shows a "Trial — X days left" badge and a "free" marker, plus a "Choose a plan" button. For a plan handled by an account manager you will see a "Managed by Proplanum" badge.

Coming up

The "Coming up" section is the timeline of your subscription. It shows the next points:

  • Today — the present moment,
  • End of the current period — the date the current billing runs to,
  • Renewal — the date of the next period along with the amount that will be taken.

If you have no default card added, a "Pay for the next period" button appears here (active 7 days before the end of the period).

The right-hand rail

On the right you will find the most important actions:

  • "Next payment" — the amount and date of the next charge, with a "Manage cards" button,
  • "Invoice details" — the company details used on the invoices, with a "Change" button,
  • "Documents" — the "Invoices" and "Licence history" links,
  • the small "End the service" link — cancelling the subscription.

Important: only the Organisation Administrator can make payments and manage the plan. The Advisor can see the panel and download invoices, but does not change the plan or the payment methods.
