How to fill in the data for the invoice
In Proplanum, you have constant access to invoices that you can download at any time. After making a payment, invoices are automatically delivered to your account and stored in the system. In this article, you will learn how to fill in the VAT invoice details.
In the articles "Where to find billing information" and "How to obtain an invoice in the application" , you will find guidance on how to obtain billing information and invoices in Proplanum.
Important: Only the System Administrator has the permissions to edit invoice details.
In Proplanum, invoice details are automatically retrieved from the information entered by the administrator in the company settings. You can read about configuring the settings in the dedicated article "Editing basic data and global configuration" .
Remember: If you make changes to the company settings in the "Invoice Data" section, these changes will automatically appear on the next invoice.
If you want to provide different invoice data, you can do so while managing the plan and making payments. More information on this topic in the article here.
To configure the plan, you will be redirected to the summary. On the left side, you will see the invoice data that has been retrieved from the company settings. You can modify it as needed by selecting the "Change." button.
In the new window, you can change the selected invoice data. Remember to click "Save"
The invoice data has been changed, and you can proceed to place the order and make the payment.
