The trial gives you 21 days of full, entirely unrestricted access to the whole Proplanum package — every tool works without limits, so you can genuinely test the system in your organisation. This article explains what happens to your account and your data once those 21 days are up, so you know what to expect and how to carry on smoothly.

What happens after 21 days

Once the trial ends you have two routes:

1. You pick a paid plan (monthly or annual) and carry on — with no break in access.
2. You do nothing — your data is kept for some time.

How to pick a plan

You pick the plan in the billing portal:

1. In the left-hand menu, at the bottom, pick "Billing".
2. On the "Your plan" card click "Choose a plan".
3. Indicate the package (Silver, Gold or Platinum) and the billing period (monthly or annual) and confirm.
