Exports

Exports are ready-made files with data on work time, attendance and employees, which you download from Proplanum and load into payroll software or keep for settlement. Instead of copying hours out by hand, you generate a report with one click — fast and without mistakes.

Exports can be generated by users with the Location Manager, Advisor or Organisation Administrator role.

Important: Only entries with the "Approved" status count towards exports. Pending and rejected entries are not included — approve them in "Records" first. See: Work time records – getting started.

Export tabs

After signing in choose "RCP System" from the top toolbar and then "Exports". The screen is split into four tabs, depending on the kind of data you want to download.

"Payroll and accounting" — files ready to be imported into your chosen payroll software (for example data for calculating pay). The list of supported programs is in HR and payroll integrations.
"Work time" — statements of actual and planned work time in Excel files (hours, overtime, night time).
"Attendance and leave" — reports on attendance, absences and leave taken.
"Employees" — HR data about the team. This is where you will find the "Employee data records" export, which contains among other things the list of PIN codes for signing in to the app and the time clock terminal.

Generating an export

Go to "RCP System" → "Exports" and choose the right tab.
In the panel on the left set the export filters: location, contract type and date range. On the "Payroll and accounting" tab also point to the payroll program you are creating the file for.

Choose the type of record — there are many variants to match different settlement needs.

Click "Export" — the file will be generated and downloaded in the format appropriate for the chosen export type.
