You can check when your shifts are planned at any time. You view your schedule through a browser or in the mobile app — all the information about your work is in one place and always up to date.

Checking the schedule in a browser

1. Go to app.proplanum.com/login and log in to your account.
2. On the Dashboard (the first screen after logging in) you will find the "Work schedule" bar with your next planned shifts.

3. To see the full schedule, pick Schedule on the left-hand icon bar. The toolbar above the schedule lets you:

• pick the location you want to see the schedule for,
• change the view (a week, for example),
• move to another period with the navigation arrows,
• turn on "Calendar sync" to add your shifts to Google Calendar, an iPhone or Outlook.

4. Click any shift and a card opens with its details: the person, position, location, day, hours and working time. The card is for viewing only — you close it with the "Close" button.

Checking the schedule in the mobile app

1. Once logged in to the app you will see your profile dashboard with the next planned shifts.

2. To see the detailed schedule, tap the "Schedule" icon on the bottom bar. Your work schedule will open, broken down by day.

3. Tap any shift to check its details: when you work, in which position and at what hours. If your supervisor has set breaks, you will see them here.
