Logging in and updating your profile
Once your employee account in Proplanum is set up, you log in through an ordinary browser and have access to your schedule, time records and requests. In this article we show how to log in and how to update the details in your profile — the phone number, the language, the password and the KIOSK PIN.
Logging in to Proplanum
To work in a browser you do not have to install anything — any web browser will do.
- Go to the Proplanum login page.

- Enter the e-mail address linked to your account and your password.
- Once logged in you land on the Dashboard — the application's main screen.

Updating your profile
In your profile you update your personal details and change your password. You will also find there the PIN needed for tracking working time in the KIOSK app.
- Click the avatar in the bottom left corner of the screen, then pick "My profile".

- On the profile page click "Edit data" in the top right corner.
- In the "Personal information" tab you can change, among other things:
- the phone number (country + number) and the preferred language for your account,
- the KIOSK PIN — the five-digit code for tracking working time in the KIOSK app,
- the account password — with the "Change password" button.

On the left of the editing window you also have a "Notification preferences" tab — that is where you decide what you want to be told about and through which channel (the app, e-mail). The details are covered in Managing notifications in Proplanum.
Logging in and your profile in the mobile app
The same login details work in the Proplanum mobile app (Android and iOS).
- Log in with the same e-mail address and password as in the browser.

- Once logged in you land on the app's main screen. Tap the icon in the top left corner to open the menu bar.

- In the menu you have access to your profile and location information and to help. Pick "My profile" to check the account settings.

- In the "My profile" tab you will find your basic details and access settings.
