My company uses Proplanum — what do I have to do as an employee?

If your employer has brought Proplanum in, there is essentially nothing you have to do yourself to start with. The accounts are created by the employer — you wait for an invitation and activate your access. Here is briefly how it works.

You wait for the e-mail invitation

You do not register yourself. Your supervisor invites you to the organisation, and you get an e-mail with an activation link. Once the invitation arrives:

Open the e-mail and click the activation link.
Set your password.
Log in at https://app.proplanum.com/login.

Caution: Do not create an account yourself. You get access to Proplanum solely through an invitation from your employer — if the e-mail has not arrived, check the spam folder or ask your supervisor to send it again.

Get the mobile app (optional)

Proplanum works in a browser, but it is more convenient from a phone — you get notifications about a new schedule and changes faster, you check your shifts and you write to your supervisor on the chat.
