Yes — if you have forgotten your Proplanum password, you can set a new one yourself. The reset works the same way in a browser and in the mobile app: on the login screen you start the password reminder, give your e-mail, get a code and enter a new password.

Resetting the password in a browser

You start the reset straight from the login screen (https://app.proplanum.com/login).

1. On the login page click "Forgot password".
2. In the window that opens, enter the e-mail address of your account.
3. Check your inbox — a code for setting a new password will arrive at that address.
4. Enter the new password, repeat it to confirm and enter the code you received.
5. Save the password — the system will log you in to your account automatically.

Resetting the password in the mobile app

In the mobile app it works exactly as it does in a browser.

1. On the login screen tap "Forgot password".
2. Enter the e-mail address of your account.
3. Check your inbox and enter the code you received in the app.
4. Enter the new password, repeat it to confirm and enter the code.
5. Save the password — the app will take you to your account.
