What next after the trial period?

After the 21-day free trial period ends, you will need to make a decision regarding continuing to use the Proplanum application. There are several options to consider:

Choosing a plan - if Proplanum met your expectations during the trial period and you would like to continue using the full range of features, you can choose one of our paid plans. We may offer both monthly and annual payment models, depending on your preferences.
No action - if you decide not to switch to any of the plans, your account and all data will be stored for a certain period of time. If you decide to return and subscribe to a plan in the future, your information will still be available. However, after this period, if no action has been taken, your account may be archived, and data deleted for security and privacy reasons.

How to add a new location

During account setup, you added your company's location. Create the main company location and additional ones. Their number in Proplanum is not limited.

Submit a leave request and more

In Proplanum, you can easily submit a request for time off, whether it's for vacation, child care, or sick leave. You can do this via a web browser or a mobile app. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to quickly send a new request to your supervisor.

Submitting a leave request via web browser

Open your web browser and log in to your Proplanum account.
Go to the "Requests" tab.
In the upper right corner, click the "Add request" option.
In the new window, select the desired date range for your leave in the calendar.
Go to the detailed request settings by selecting the appropriate options:

** "For the whole day"** - you are submitting a request for the entire day - select this option if you are submitting a request for a single day

If you want to submit a request for a few hours on a given day, select the day from the calendar, turn off the "For the whole day" button, and additional windows will appear to specify the hours of absence.

"Skip weekends" - weekends will not be considered in the leave request period
"Skip holidays" - holidays will not be included in the requested leave period

Adding team members is one of the first steps when setting up an organization account in Proplanum. Here’s how to do it:

Manually adding a new employee

After logging into Proplanum, go to the “Team” tab.
Click the “Add Employee” icon in the top right corner.
Fill in the fields with the employee's information: first name, last name, phone number, email address, location (primary and additional), and access level.

Send system invitation - to have the system automatically send an invitation to the new employee's email address after they are added to the system.
Send app invitation - enable this option to have the new employee automatically receive an invitation to the app via SMS after being added to the system.

As an administrator, you have the ability to specify what permissions a given employee will have. The access level defines which functions and data the employee will have access to in the Proplanum system. What to do if I forget my account password?

Forgetting your login password is a situation that can happen to anyone. At Proplanum, we have a simple and quick solution that allows you to change your password both through a web browser and a mobile app.

Resetting the password through a web browser

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" icon.
You will be redirected to a window where you need to enter your email address.
You will receive a code at the provided email address needed to set a new password.
Fill in all the required fields by entering and confirming the new password, then enter the received code.

After entering all the data, save the new password. The system will automatically redirect you to your Proplanum account.

Resetting the password through the mobile app

The mechanism works the same as the actions performed through the web browser.

On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password" icon.
You will be redirected to a window where you need to enter your email address.
Check your email inbox and enter the received code in the app.
Fill in all the required fields by entering and confirming the new password, then enter the received code.
After entering all the data, save the new password. The system will automatically redirect you to your Proplanum account.
