What happens if I do not pay for the licence on time?
If you do not pay for the licence on time, you do not lose your data straight away — the system reminds you about the payment in advance, and after it expires it keeps your organisation's data for some time yet. Below we explain exactly what happens and how to restore access quickly.
Before the licence expires
Before the end of the billing period you will get reminders — in the system and by e-mail. That gives you time to see to the payment before anything stops working.
If you have no default card added, a "Pay for the next period" button will appear in the billing portal (active 7 days before the end of the period). You get there through the left sidebar → "Billing", on the "Your subscription" page.
What happens if the payment does not come in
If what is due is not paid, the licence expires. Employees then lose access to:
- the schedules,
- the requests,
- time tracking (RCP).
Will I lose my data?
No. Your organisation's data is kept for some time after expiry. Once the licence is paid for, the account goes back to working with no loss of history.
How to pay
The ways of paying for the next period are covered in a separate article: Payment and billing methods.
