The supervisor dashboard in the app

The supervisor dashboard answers one question: is everything running today. It is ordered by urgency — first who is on site, then what is waiting for your decision, and last who was late or did not turn up at all.

Live staffing

The top card sets those present, late and absent against the number of people scheduled for today. The bar shows the proportions, and the timestamp shows when the data was refreshed.

Tapping the "Scheduled" row expands the full list of people with the state of each.

The "Requires attention" queue

Below staffing you will find counters of matters awaiting a decision:

  • Time registration — entries to approve
  • Shifts to approve — swaps, give-aways, open shifts
  • Requests — leave and absences
  • Tasks today — tasks due today
  • KIOSK requests — devices awaiting activation

Each row opens a sheet with the full decision, without moving to another tab.

The same goes for time registration.

Attendance anomalies

The "Attention: presence" section collects people who are late or have not clocked in. Each one has a phone and a chat icon — reacting is a single tap.

If somebody has not turned up for a shift, under the details you will find the "Find a replacement" action.

The app suggests people available in those hours; once you pick and confirm one, the replacement goes into the schedule.

Important: A replacement assigned from the dashboard changes the schedule straight away and notifies both people — it does not need a separate publication.

When everything is under control

With an empty queue and full staffing, the dashboard does not pretend there is work to do — it says so plainly.

Remember: The dashboard counters apply to the selected location. If you run several, switch between them in the bar — see Switching location and profile.
