First launch and signing in
Getting into the mobile app for the first time takes a moment and comes down to two screens: choosing a region and signing in. Both are worth knowing, because you rarely come back to the region setting — and when you do need it, it is easy to miss.
Choosing a region
On first launch the app asks which region your organisation's data is stored in. The choice matters: it tells the app which server to connect to.

Signing in
Sign in with your email address and password — the same ones you use in the browser.

Resetting your password from the phone
You do not have to switch to a browser — you can set a new password in three steps.
- On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.

- Type in the six-digit code from the message.

- Set a new password and sign in.

Forced update
When your version of the app is older than the minimum supported one, the app stops on the update screen. This is a safeguard — old versions can misread data coming from a newer server.

Working in a different time zone
If the location you work at is in a different time zone than your phone, the app shows a thin information bar above the content. All schedule times are then given in the location's time.
