Check your schedule
At any time, you can check when you will be working. You can do this via the website or mobile app, depending on your preferences.
Open your web browser, go to the proplanum login page, and log in to your account.
After logging in, you will see your upcoming scheduled shifts on the main dashboard.
To see the full work schedule, click the "Schedule" tab on the top toolbar. In this tab, you will find detailed information about your scheduled shifts. The toolbar above the schedule allows you to:
Schedule view - you can choose a view for a week, two weeks, or a month.
View options - you can set the visibility of your requests (e.g., for leave), availability, and shifts.
Time period selection window - choose the period you are interested in from the calendar.
Set availability - you can easily specify your availability by selecting the days you want to work and reporting the days you are unavailable so that your supervisors can better plan the work schedule.
Export schedule - you can download your schedule in PDF format if you want to, for example, print it.
After selecting any shift, you can check its details: when you work, in what position, and at what hours. If the supervisor has set breaks, you will find detailed information about them.
To check your schedule in the Proplanum mobile app, follow these steps:
After logging into the mobile app, you will see your profile dashboard. At this point, your upcoming scheduled shifts will already be visible.
To see the detailed schedule of your shifts, click the "Schedule" icon located on the bottom toolbar. Your planned work schedule for individual days will open.
After selecting any shift, you can check its details: when you work, in what position, and at what hours. If your supervisor has set breaks, you will find detailed information about them.
All information about your schedule is in one place, so you always know when you have planned shifts. In Proplanum, you can also find a replacement for your shift. More information on this can be found in the "How to find a replacement for your shift?" tab.
