Who creates and assigns tasks


Tasks and information are created and assigned by the Organisation Administrator, the Location Manager and the Manager. An Employee can only create a task for themselves. An Advisor can view the task list but does not create tasks.


Permissions per role


  • Organisation Administrator, Location Manager, Manager — create tasks and information and assign them to employees, including to several people at once.
  • Employee — can only create a task for themselves.
  • Advisor — sees the task list but does not create tasks.

Who changes the status


The completion status is changed by the assigned employee and by supervisors: the Manager, the Location Manager and the Organisation Administrator.
