What happens to my data if I leave the job?

If you stop working with a company that uses Proplanum, your account stops being active. Below we explain what then happens to your access and your data.

What changes once you leave

Once you stop working at an organisation that uses Proplanum:

You lose access to the account — you will no longer be able to log in to Proplanum.
You stop getting messages from the organisation — notifications and announcements stop arriving.
You have no view of data from earlier periods — schedules, time records and requests stop being available to you.

Deleting the data

As an Employee you do not delete your account or your data yourself. That is done by your company's Organisation Administrator. If you want your data deleted, report it to the administrator.

Remember: You cannot delete the account and the data yourself — take a request for deletion to your company's Organisation Administrator.
