In Proplanum you can reach your supervisor directly on the chat — with no calls or e-mails. The chat works primarily in the mobile app, and some of what you do reaches your supervisor automatically anyway, so not everything has to be reported separately.

The chat — in the mobile app

The most convenient way to write to your supervisor is from the Proplanum mobile app.

1. Open the Proplanum app on your phone and log in.
2. On the bottom bar pick the "Chat" tab.
3. To start a new conversation, tap the plus button in the bottom right corner.
4. Pick the person you want to write to and start typing.

Some things reach your supervisor automatically

You do not have to report everything separately. Your supervisor sees many actions in Proplanum as soon as you carry them out:

• leave requests and other requests
• availability and unavailability reported
• requests to swap or give up a shift
• tasks completed

In those cases the system passes the information on to your supervisor itself — use the chat when you want to explain or agree something on top of that.
