What to do if I forget my account password?

You will be redirected to a window where you need to enter your email address.

Fill in all the required fields by entering and confirming the new password, then enter the received code.
After entering all the data, save the new password. The system will automatically redirect you to your Proplanum account.
The mechanism works the same as the actions performed through the web browser.
