What is the location code?
The location code is a unique alphanumeric code assigned to each location in the organization. It is used to easily identify and manage different locations in the Proplanum system.
Go to the "Locations" tab from the main toolbar. Select the location you want to edit.
Click the options button with three dots at the end of the location row. From the dropdown list, select "Edit".
A new window for editing location data will open.
Here you will find the basic data settings of the selected location, including the Location Code.
Remember: The location code will be important when adding employees to Proplanum via import. You can find more about this in the article "Import of employees into the system."
After making changes, click "Save" in the upper right corner.
Important: Basic location settings can only be edited by users with the role of Organization Administrator, Advisor, and Location Manager
