Types of time tracking
In Proplanum, the RCP (Work Time Registration) module allows employees to record their activities throughout the day. The settings regarding the method of work time registration can be configured by users with Organization Administrator, Location Manager, and Advisor permissions. More tips on settings can be found in the article "Work hours settings in the location".
Important: Setting the appropriate RCP (Work Time Registration) configurations in your company and individual locations is crucial, as it affects all employees in a given location. This can be done by Administrators, Advisors, and Location Managers. Detailed information on settings can be found in dedicated articles:
"Setting work hours tolerance"

Proplanum makes it easy to manage working hours with precise time tracking tools. Here’s how you can start and end your shift using various available methods.
Mobile App
After logging into the mobile app, users can quickly start and end work and record breaks (paid and unpaid) with a few clicks.
NFC/REID Cards
If your company already uses NFC/REID cards, you can install the Kiosk app on a desktop or mobile device (iPad, Android tablet) to continue using them.
KIOSK PIN
If your company has installed the KIOSK app, use the PIN code to log in.
Remember: To ensure that your employees start and end work at the company and not outside, you can configure a setting in the location that will verify the GPS location at the start and end of the shift. More information can be found here.
Log in to the account through the mobile app.
The time recording panel is located at the top in the "Dashboard" tab. This screen is visible immediately after logging into the app.
Click the "Start Work" button when starting a shift. The clock will record the employee's working time, and you as the supervisor will see information about the employee's started shift in your mobile app or on the account in the web browser.
At the end of the shift, the employee will select the "Stop Time" button. Information about the completed work will be visible in both the employee's and the supervisor's app.
If your company uses a card reader system, employees can record their working time using NFC or RFID cards in a few simple steps:
If they want to start or end their work time, they just need to approach the reader.
They need to place their card on the reader, and the work time will be automatically registered.
If your company has enabled the method of registering work time through KIOSK, employees can use it when starting and ending their shift.
Approach the reader and enter your PIN code.
The available options will be displayed on the screen. The employee will choose what they want to do, depending on whether they want to start or end their shift.
Tip: If the employee does not remember their PIN code, they can check it on their account in the "My Profile" tab both on the phone and through the web browser.
Important: If it happens that you need to change the PIN code for the KIOSK for your employee, you can generate a new PIN. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
Remember: Users with the role of Location Manager and Supervisor can also log their working hours in the same way as employees.
If you are using the mobile app, simply switch your profile from Location Manager or Supervisor to Employee.
After logging into the app, select the icon in the top left corner to go to your profile.
In the "Current profile" field, you will see which role you are currently logged in as.
Click on the field and in the new window select the Employee role.
