How to Contact My Supervisor Directly Using Proplanum?

In Proplanum, you can easily contact your supervisor using the "Chat" feature. You can do this via both the mobile app and the web browser.

Contact via Mobile App

Open the Proplanum app on your phone and log in to your account.
On the bottom toolbar, select the "Chat" tab.
If you haven't messaged your supervisor in the app before, you need to start a new conversation. Click the plus button in the bottom right corner.
Select the person you want to message and start the chat.

Contact via Web Browser

Log in to your Proplanum account in the web browser.
On the top toolbar, select the "Chat" tab.
On the left side, you will see a list of previous conversations.
To start a new conversation, click the "New conversation" icon in the top right corner.
Select the person you want to message and create a new chat.

Remember that many actions in the Proplanum app, such as leave requests, availability requests, shift swaps, and completed tasks, are automatically visible to the manager. You do not need to personally inform your supervisor about these actions, as the app sends notifications automatically.
