Statistics in the schedule
Statistics in the schedule help you keep an eye on staffing, costs and work time as you go — both hour by hour and as a summary of the whole period. With them you can quickly check whether you have full cover throughout the day and whether costs are getting out of hand. The feature is useful to everyone who lays out the schedule (Manager, Location Manager, Organisation Administrator).
Turning the charts on
- From the left bar choose Work schedule.
- In the toolbar on the right click "Statistics".
- Choose "Show charts".

Charts appear above each day, and a summary of the whole displayed period appears on the left.

What the charts show
At the top of each chart you can check the data for that day:
- the daily cost — if pay rates are set for the team,
- the number of shifts that day,
- the total time of the planned shifts.
On the chart itself you read the staffing hour by hour:
- grey bars — unassigned shifts (with nobody assigned yet),
- blue bars — shifts assigned to employees,
- the orange line — costs (when rates are set).
Hovering over a particular hour shows the details: how many shifts are already assigned and how many are still waiting. That way you quickly catch staffing shortfalls.

On the left you will find a "Summary" of the whole period: the total number of shifts, the number of assigned shifts and the shift cost.
When you no longer need the charts, click "Statistics" and choose "Hide charts".
Benefits
Statistics give two benefits at once: for the person laying out the schedule they show whether the staffing is complete throughout the day, and for those watching the budget — how labour costs are growing. It is then easy to spot the days and hours where staffing or costs are too high and correct them straight away.
If you want the system to propose staffing to match the traffic at a location, see Automatic schedule based on demand.
