Exporting the schedule to PDF and Excel
You can download a finished schedule as a PDF or Excel file — to print for the noticeboard, to share with employees or to work on the data further. You have several layouts to choose from (collective, by position, individual) and you can narrow the export down to a chosen employment type. Below you will find the whole procedure and the list of available formats.
How to export the schedule
- First publish the schedule — only published shifts go into the export (see the caution below).
- Set the view you want to download: choose the location, the window range (Week / 2 weeks / 4 weeks / Month) and the period. The export will cover exactly what you have on the screen.
- In the right part of the toolbar open the "Export" menu and choose a format.

- In the expanded submenu point to the employment type the file is to cover (All employees / Employment contract only / Mandate contract only / B2B only).

The file will download automatically.
Available formats
- Group printout (PDF) — the whole schedule in one statement
- Position schedule (PDF) — a separate schedule for each position
- Individual schedules (PDF) — a separate sheet for each employee
- Planned work time (Excel) — hours for further processing in a spreadsheet
- Monthly schedule (Excel) — a monthly statement
- Attendance sheet (PDF) — a sheet for signatures
- Group schedule (PDF) — additionally available when you work in the group view
- Calendar synchronisation — if the feature is turned on in your organisation
You can narrow each of the formats down to a chosen employment type: All employees, Employment contract only, Mandate contract only or B2B only.
Before downloading the file, make sure the schedule is published — see [Publishing schedule changes](Publishing schedule changes). If the PDF is still empty, check [Why does my schedule print out empty when I have shifts planned?](Dlaczego drukuje mi się pusty grafik, skoro mam zaplanowane zmiany?).
