Settings for the employee's work schedule and RCP
Remember that configuring an employee's work schedule and time tracking (RCP) settings is only available to users with Organization Administrator, Location Manager, and Advisor permissions.
Open your web browser and log in to your Proplanum account.
In the main view of the application, click the "Team" tab.
From the list of employees, select the person for whom you want to set the schedule and working hours.
Click the options icon (three dots) next to the employee's name and select "Edit" from the list.
From the list on the left, select "Settings".
Here you can configure the employee's work schedule and time tracking settings.
"Specify whether the employee is active in the planned work schedule" - decide whether you want the person to be visible in the planned work schedule.
"Visibility of coworkers' schedules" - specify what exactly the employee should see in the work schedule:
Full visibility – the employee will see the entire work schedule.
Full visibility without availability - the employee will see the entire schedule, but without availability.
Only the same position – the employee will see the work schedule of other employees only in the same position.
Only the same day – the employee will see the full schedule only for the given day.
No visibility – the employee will see only their own schedule with their shifts.
Here you can make settings regarding the registration of the employee's working time:
Mandatory use of RCP - select this option if you want the employee to be required to register their working hours.
Time registration method - specify the preferred method of time registration (choose from the options available in the drop-down list).
Kiosk PIN Code - check or generate a new employee PIN code for logging in through the KIOSK.
RFID/NFC Code - enter or check the employee's unique RFID or NFC code for logging in using a card or bracelet.
In Proplanum, you have full control over both work schedules and time tracking in your company. You can configure your employees' settings, adjusting them to your own preferences and organizational needs.
