Configuring employment details of a team member

This article is intended for users with Organization Administrator, Advisor and Location Manager access levels. Employees and Managers do not have permissions to edit employment details information. To configure employment details for a selected team member, follow the steps below.

Open your web browser and log in to your Proplanum account.
In the main view of the application, select the “Team” tab.
From the list of employees, select the person for whom you want to configure employment details. Click the options icon (three dots) next to the employee's name and select “Edit” from the list.

A window with the selected employee's personal data will open. From the list on the left, select the “Employment Conditions” option.

This section contains detailed setting options regarding the employee's employment conditions.

Employee integration ID - enter the unique employee identifier used for integration with other systems and external programs.
Type of employment contract - specify the type of employee contract. From the dropdown list, select one of the options: full-time, ¾ time, ½ time, ¼ time, contract work.
Employment date - specify the start and end date of the employee's contract duration in your company. You can also check the option "Permanent contract", in which case only specify the start date of the contract.
Salary rates - set the salary rates for employees concerning the selected type of contract. These values will apply within the specified employment date range.

Detailed information on setting rates for different types of contracts can be found in the article "Settings for rates and wages"

Available leave requests

From the list of requests created in your company's settings, select those you want to assign to the employee. This is important when employees will be submitting their leave requests.
