Visibility of request statuses

Applications in Proplanum can have one of three statuses:

Rejected - the application has been reviewed negatively.
Pending - the application is awaiting approval.
Approved - the application has been approved.

Remember: The status of the application is visible to both the person submitting the document and the user reviewing it, which affects the transparency and clarity of the information conveyed.

How to check the status of your application from a web browser?

Log in to your Proplanum account through a web browser.
On the main dashboard, there is a "My Applications" window where you can see the status of your applications for the upcoming period.

To see all your applications and their statuses, select the "Applications" tab from the toolbar. This tab will display a list of all your applications along with their statuses in the "Status" column.

How to check the status of your application in the mobile app?

Log in to the mobile app. On the main dashboard in the "Your applications" window, you have an overview of the status of your applications for the upcoming period.
To check the status of further applications, select the "Applications" icon from the bottom toolbar.
All your applications in Proplanum will be displayed, assigned to specific dates. The status of each application is marked with the appropriate color.

Important: It doesn't matter whether you are submitting or reviewing a leave application. It doesn't matter whether you are using a web browser or a mobile app. In Proplanum, you will easily find the current status of the application and, moreover, you will be notified about it with a separate notification.
