Do I have to tell an employee individually about a replacement?

You do not have to inform the employee separately. Once cover is arranged, Proplanum sends the notification itself — all you have to do is publish the schedule changes.

Automatic notifications

After finding cover you do not have to inform the employee manually. The system sends the notification about the replacement automatically at the moment the schedule changes are published.

Additional information

Optionally you can write to the employee through the built-in chat — they will get a notification about the new message. More: Chat.

Remember: the moment of publication is what counts — that is when the automatic notifications about the replacement go out.
