If your company has chosen the appropriate package and entered billing and payment information, it is now time to proceed with billing. In this article, we will provide guidance on where to find information about packages and billing in the system. Only users with the role of Organization Administrator and Advisor have access to this information.

Important: Only Organization Administrators can make payments and manage the plan.

Where to find billing information?

Log in to the system using a web browser.
Go to your Profile in the upper left corner of the screen. Click "Licenses". You can also select "Change plan" from the main dashboard, and you will be redirected to the "Licenses" tab.



Here you will find detailed information about your package. In the "Your plan" window, select the "Manage plan" icon if you want to make changes to it. More on this topic can be found in the article here.



In the "License History" tab, you have access to all transactions made, along with their status



In the "Invoice List" tab, you will find all invoices that you can download. You will also see their current status.
