Managing the plan
Section "Licenses" in Proplanum allows you to manage licenses and billing within the system. Here you will find information about current license terms, transaction history, plan details, and payments. From this level, you can change the number of licenses or the currently selected plan, adjusting it to the needs of the company.
If you want to update your plan in Proplanum, this step-by-step guide will show you how to do it. Whether you are changing the plan or switching from a monthly subscription to an annual one, all actions are reserved for the Organization Administrator.

Log in to the system using a web browser.
Go to your Profile in the upper left corner of the screen. Click "Licenses". You can also select "Change Plan" from the main dashboard, and you will be redirected to the "Licenses" tab.
Here you will find detailed information about your package. In the "Your Plan" window, select the "Manage Plan" icon.
In the new window, you can manage your current plan:
Change the number of seats - you can freely change the number of seats within your plan. Changes will be available immediately.
Change plan - if the current package no longer meets your expectations, you can easily change it. Here you can also switch to an annual subscription.
End service - select this option if you want to say goodbye to Proplanum.
After configuring the plan, you will be redirected to the summary.
On the left side, you will see the billing information that was retrieved from the company settings. You can change it as you wish. On the right side, you will find a window with the plan summary and the total cost.
After clicking "Place Order" , a new window will appear with payment method information.
