All billing information is available on your business account in the application. Access to it is granted to users with Organization Administrator and Advisor permissions. You can find both historical and current data in the “Licenses” tab. In this section, you can change your plan, view billing information, and download invoices. Invoices in Proplanum are issued electronically and are always available on your account. You can view and download them at any time.

How to obtain an invoice in Proplanum?

Log in to the system using a web browser.
Go to your Profile in the upper left corner of the screen. Click "Licenses." You can also select "Change plan" from the main dashboard, and you will be redirected to the "Licenses" tab.



Here you will find detailed information regarding your package.
In the "Invoice List" tab, you will find all invoices that you can download. You will also see their current status.



You will find information such as:

Invoice Number
Payment Date
Current Invoice Status
Payment Method
Invoice Amount

You can download and print each invoice using the appropriate button. All billing documents are available in one place without restrictions.
