How to deactivate an employee?

Both Administrator, Location Manager, and Advisor have the ability to deactivate an account assigned to a given employee, which means archiving it. Here is what it means in practice.

Deactivating an employee's account involves disabling their access to the application and its resources. The employee's profile becomes inactive, which means that:

The employee will not be able to log into the Proplanum system.
The employee will not have access to the company's confidential information.
The employee will not be included in work planning and scheduling changes.
The employee's data will not be visible on the list of employees assigned to specific locations.

Important: Archiving an employee also frees up one license in Proplanum.

How to archive team members?



Open the Proplanum application in a web browser and log into your account.
On the top navigation bar, select the "Team" tab.
From the list of employees, select the person you want to archive.
Click the three-dot icon next to the employee's name.
From the drop-down list, select the "Archive" option.



A message will appear asking if you are sure you want to archive the given employee.
Confirm by clicking the "Archive" button.
The employee will be removed from your team list and moved to the archive, which means they have been deactivated.
