Employee availability
Proplanum allows employees to report their availability. This article is intended for Organization Administrators, Advisors, and Location Managers. You will learn how to configure settings so that employees can submit availability requests and how to set these parameters.
Benefits of allowing employees to submit availability

Configuring Accessibility Settings
- Log in to the web version of Proplanum and go to the "Locations" tab from the toolbar.
- Select the location you want to edit by clicking the three-dot icon on the right side and choose "Edit."
- From the left sidebar, select "General."
Accessibility
- Specify what access to accessibility features your employees will have. Choose the group for which the accessibility feature will be available from the available options:
- for all employees
- only for contract employees
- only for full-time employees.
- Specify the minimum declaration time - decide how far in advance employees can report their unavailability (in days).
Where to see submitted employee availability
1. Availability in the work schedule
The specified availability of employees will be visible in the planned work schedule. More information on how to display the schedule can be found ** here. **
In the Schedule tool, select the view with the "Availability" option checked from the left toolbar, and you will see it in the planned schedule.
Availability in the "Requests" tab
After logging into your account through a web browser, select "Requests" from the toolbar, and then Calendar in the upper right corner.
You will see a calendar with the availability specified by employees for the selected period.
Select "List view" in the upper right corner to return to the list of employee requests.
Availability in the "Team" tab
Log in to your account through a web browser and go to the "Team" tab. Find the employee from the list whose availability you want to check, then click the options button on the right side and select "Availability calendar". In the new window, you will see the employee's detailed availability for the specified month.
Reporting availability by employees significantly facilitates schedule planning. This makes the planning process faster and more efficient.
