Editing basic data and global configuration

As an Organization Administrator, you have access to the basic settings and global configuration of your company. Below you will find instructions on how to customize these settings to suit your organization's needs.

Log in to Proplanum. Use your login credentials.
On the main dashboard, click the icon with your name in the top right corner. Select "Company Settings" from the dropdown menu, then "General Settings".

In the main window, the settings for basic data and global configuration of your organization will be displayed.

Company Basic Data Configuration

Edit basic company data such as:

Company Logo - you can add your company's logo, edit it, or remove it.
Contact Person - fill in the contact person's details in your company by entering their first name, last name, phone number, and email address. This person will contact the Proplanum team if needed.

Remember: Invoices in Proplanum are stored in the system and available for viewing or downloading at any time. Learn more about billing here.

Global company configuration

In this area, set preferences such as:

Time format - choose your preferred time format: 12-hour or 24-hour.
Country - select the country where your company operates.
Currency - choose your preferred currency from the available options.
Time zone - specify the time zone where your company is located.
Date format - choose your preferred date format: D (day), M (month), Y (year)

After making all necessary settings, don't forget to click the "Save changes" button in the upper right corner to save the changes made.

At the bottom of the page, there is an option "Delete company". This allows you to request the removal of your organization from the Proplanum application. However, we hope you won't need to use it and that Proplanum will become a permanent fixture in your organization.
