The operation of the company involves numerous changes, including those related to the changing number of employees. It may be necessary to add new users in the Proplanum application. The "Licenses" section in Proplanum allows you to manage licenses in the system.

Important: All actions are reserved for the Organization Administrator.

Changing the number of licenses

Log in to the system using a web browser.
Go to your Profile in the upper left corner of the screen. Click "Licenses". You can also select "Change plan" from the main dashboard, and you will be redirected to the "Licenses" tab.



Here you will find detailed information about your package. In the "Your Plan" window, select the "Manage Plan" icon.



In the new window, you can manage the number of licenses within your plan by selecting the Change number of seats button.



To change the number of licenses, use the plus (+) buttons to increase or the minus (-) buttons to decrease the number of licenses.



After configuring the plan, you will be redirected to the summary.



On the left side, you will see the invoice data that has been retrieved from the company settings. You can change it as you wish. More information on filling out invoice data can be found here. On the right side, you will find a window with the plan summary and the total cost.
After clicking "Place Order" a new window will appear with payment information.
