Archiving and restoring team members
If an employee is no longer part of your organization and you want to revoke their access to the Proplanum application, you can archive their account.
Archiving an employee's account prevents them from accessing your organization in Proplanum. This happens when an employee resigns or you terminate their employment.
Important: Archiving an employee also frees up one license in Proplanum.
Open the Proplanum application in your web browser and log in to your account.
On the top navigation bar, select the "Team" tab.
From the list of employees, select the person you want to archive.
Click the three-dot icon next to the employee's name.
From the dropdown list, select the "Archive" option.
A message will appear asking if you are sure you want to archive the employee.
Confirm by clicking the "Archive" button.
The employee will be removed from your team list and moved to the archive.
Open the Proplanum application in your web browser and log in to your account.
On the top navigation bar, select the "Team" tab.
From the toolbar, select the filter concerning employee status. Check the "Archived" option and click the "Filter" button.
From the list of archived employees, select the person you want to restore.
Click the three-dot options icon and select "Edit".
In the personal data, change the employee status to "Active".
Save the changes.
After completing these steps, the employee's status will be changed to "Active".
Important: If you do not have a sufficient number of available licenses, you will not be able to restore an archived employee. To restore an employee to active status, you must ensure that your organization has free licenses. If all licenses are occupied, it will be necessary to purchase additional licenses or free up existing ones to enable the restoration of the employee.
Remember that only the administrator, advisor, and location manager can archive and restore employees. Thanks to these functions, managing the team in Proplanum is simple and effective.
