Supervisor guide to the mobile application
In this article, we will discuss what users with managerial permissions, such as Location Manager or Supervisor, can do in the Proplanum mobile app on iOS and Android.
After accepting the invitation to the Proplanum team, you can start working using the available menu options.
Main Dashboard
On the dashboard, you will find information about the number of people present at work, delays, and absences. You will also see the number of new entries in the RCP, requests, and employee tasks.
User Profile
On the dashboard, you will find access to your profile - select the menu button in the top left corner. Here you can check your data and notification preferences. More information on editing data and setting notification preferences can be found in the articles "Log in and update your profile" and "Managing notifications in Proplanum".
You will also find a list of employees from a given location. Next to each person, there are phone and chat message icons. This allows you to quickly call the employee or send them a message.
Remember: If you are assigned to multiple locations within the company, you can change the location at any time here.
Important: Here you can also change your current profile. If you need to log work hours, switch to the employee profile.
Work Schedule
In this tab, you can view work schedules. You will see a list of employees scheduled for a given day, divided by positions.
By selecting a specific shift, its details will be displayed in a new window.
The "Work Time Registration" tab contains details about the start and end of employee shifts, including planned time, actual hours worked, position, and total shift cost. The manager also has access to information about tardiness, early departures, and overtime. At the bottom, you will find options to approve or reject the worked hours.
Requests
In the "Requests" tab, you will find all requests (vacations, trainings, sick leaves),
The manager has an overview of all requests, the ability to approve them, and access to employee attachments.
Tasks
In this tab, you will see a list of scheduled tasks assigned to groups or individuals for a specific day. Learn more about tasks in the "Task Management" section.
Chat
The application enables easy and efficient communication through chats within the organization. Managers can create group chats for announcements, limiting the number of people posting, which minimizes the amount of conversation.
