Payment and billing methods
In Proplanum, we offer various payment methods to accommodate the needs of your business. Organization Administrators and Advisors have full access to all information regarding the license plan and payment methods. They can also view and download invoices.
Important: Only Organization Administrators can make payments and manage the plan.
Log in to the system using a web browser.
Go to your Profile in the upper left corner of the screen. Click "Licenses." You can also select "Change plan" from the main dashboard, and you will be redirected to the "Licenses" tab.
Here you will find detailed information about your package. In the "Your plan" window, select the "Manage plan" icon if you want to make changes. More on this can be found here.
Important: Plan renewal is possible 7 days before the end of the billing period. At that time, the "Pay for the next period" button will be active, and you can pay for your plan by choosing one of the methods.
If you want the system to automatically charge your card, add a payment card by selecting the “Edit billing and payments” button.
In the new window, you can add a payment card from which the system will withdraw funds to process payments.
You can add multiple payment cards and choose which one you want to use currently.
At any time, you can change the default payment card.
Remember: At any time, you can change the billing method and remove the linked card. You will then need to make payments manually.
Important: In Proplanum, you do not need to link a payment card. You can use one-time payments.
If you do not want to link your payment card in Proplanum, we offer other payment methods. Remember that you need to make these payments manually by clicking the “Pay for the next period.” button. You can choose one of the following options:
Payment via BLIK - enter your email address and BLIK code
Card payment - provide your card number and additional information such as: expiration date, CVC code, and select the country.
Przelewy24 - choose your bank, enter your email address, first name, and last name.
You will be informed of a successful payment via a notification in the system.
Important: Before the upcoming payment deadline, you will receive notifications in the system and via email.
Tip: To avoid having to remember payment deadlines, we recommend adding a payment card. This way, the system will automatically collect payments.

Alternative online payment methods without linking a card
If you do not want to link your payment card in Proplanum, we offer other payment methods. Remember that you need to make these payments manually by clicking the “Pay for the next period.” button. You can choose one of the following options:
