Managing notifications in Proplanum
The Proplanum application allows you to customize the types of notifications you want to receive according to your preferences. You can set them up by logging into your account using a web browser.
Log in to your Proplanum account through a web browser by clicking on Log in to Proplanum.
On the main dashboard of the application, click on the icon with your name in the top right corner, and then select “My Profile”.
Select the "Edit Data" icon in the top right corner.
After being redirected to your profile's personal data, you will find the “Notification Preferences” tab on the left side. Click on it to go to the settings.
Choose the way you want to receive notifications:
Mail - notifications will be sent to the email address you provided when creating the account.
App - notifications will be displayed directly on your phone as new notifications.
Everywhere - you will receive notifications both via email and on your phone.
