Log in and update your profile
Here is a short guide to help you seamlessly integrate into the new Proplanum system and start working at your position.
After creating an employee account in Proplanum, you can log in using any web browser. Follow these steps:
Go to the page: log in to Proplanum
Enter the email address associated with your account and the password to log into your account.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the main application screen.
Tip: At every stage of using Proplanum, you will find tips regarding individual tools. Use these tips to quickly learn how to effectively use the platform.
After logging into your account, you can update your personal information and preferences. Follow these steps:
In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your name, and then select the "My Profile" tab.
Editing personal data - you can edit your personal information. To do this, select the "Edit Data" icon in the upper right corner.
In this tab:
you can edit your personal information, such as phone number and preferred language for your account.
you can set a profile picture
you will find a generated five-digit PIN CODE, which is needed to register working hours in the Kiosk application.
you can change your account password by clicking the "Change Password" button.
you can also set notification preferences to customize how you receive information from the application - to do this, select the "Notification Preferences" tab on the left side.
Log in to the mobile app using the email address associated with your Proplanum account.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the main screen of the app. Select the icon in the top left corner to expand the menu bar.
In the menu bar, you have access to information about your profile, the location you are in, and you can use the "Help Center" and "Technical Support" if needed. Select "My Profile" to check your account settings.
In the "My Profile" tab, you will find information about your account, including basic data and access settings.
Important information: To change your profile settings in Proplanum, you must log in using a web browser.
