I don't remember the password, can I reset it?
Don't worry if you forgot the password to your Proplanum account. You can easily reset it using a web browser or the mobile app. Here's how to do it:
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" icon.
You will be redirected to a window where you need to enter your email address.
You will receive a code at the provided email address needed to set a new password.
Fill in all the required fields by entering and confirming the new password, then enter the received code.
After entering all the data, save the new password. The system will automatically redirect you to your Proplanum account.
The mechanism works the same as the actions performed via the web browser.
On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password" icon.

Check your email inbox and enter the received code in the app.
