Holiday settings

As an Organization Administrator, you can configure the settings for holidays and days off in your company. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

After logging into the system, you will be on the main dashboard of your profile.
Click on the icon with your name in the upper right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select the option "Company Settings". Then click "Holidays".


Add holidays in your organization. You can do this in two ways:

Enable the option to import holidays from Google Calendar, click "Save changes", and the system will automatically assign all holidays from Google Calendar to your company. You can select the country and month to display available holidays for a specific time. In the main view, you will see a list of holidays for the entire year, assigned to specific months and days.



Important: Remember that each added holiday will mean a day off for your company.

Click the "Add Holiday" button - a new window will appear where you can configure the parameters for the new holiday: enter the holiday name and set the date by selecting a specific day from the calendar.

Click "Add". The new holiday will appear on the list of holidays in your organization.

Finally, remember to save all the changes you made by clicking the "Save changes" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Done! Now you have full control over the holiday and day-off settings in your company.
