Employee guide to the mobile application
If you are an employee using the Proplanum mobile app, this guide will help you understand how to use it on your smartphone.
After logging into the Proplanum mobile app, you will find yourself on the main dashboard.
Interface Elements
Menu - in the top left corner, there is a menu icon (three horizontal bars).
Notifications - in the top right corner, you will find a bell indicating new notifications.
Toolbar - at the bottom of the screen, there is a bar with icons: Dashboard, Schedule, Requests, Tasks, Chat.
Profile Settings
Click the menu icon in the top left corner to display your profile's menu bar.
There you will find:
Basic Information - name, surname, role in the system, and location.
My Profile - information about the basic profile data, including: name and surname, preferred system language, phone number, email address, access settings, including KIOSK PIN, two-step verification information, and notification preferences.
Help Center, technical support, surveys.
Logout button.
Main Dashboard and Work Time Registration
On the main dashboard, you will see information about your scheduled work time. Select the "Start Work" icon to start the work clock. Register breaks and end work in the same place.
Important: The employer may require GPS to be enabled when registering work time. If GPS is not enabled, the app will send a notification.
Work Schedule
Click the "Schedule" icon to view your schedule. You can:
See details of scheduled shifts.
Find a replacement for your shift by clicking "Find a Swap."
Indicate availability or unavailability for selected days.
Requests
Click the "Requests" icon in the toolbar to view your leave and availability requests. You can:
Check the details of requests.
View request limits by selecting the button in the upper right corner.
Submit a new request by clicking the plus icon in the lower right corner.
Tasks
Click the "Tasks" icon in the bottom toolbar to see all your tasks. You can:
Filter tasks by status, date range, employees.
Change the status of tasks depending on their completion level.
Company Chat
Proplanum has a chat feature that allows for internal company communication. Click the "Chat" icon in the bottom toolbar to:
Start a new conversation by clicking the plus icon in the bottom right corner.
Select people for conversation and create new chats.
Using the Proplanum mobile app is convenient because it allows constant access to all scheduled work information in one place.
