Can I make changes to the schedule in an emergency situation?
The Proplanum application is designed to support users in their daily operations and handling of emergency situations. With the notification system, you can effectively inform the team about any schedule changes.
Let's assume a team member does not show up for their shift. Here's how Proplanum can help:
An employee who knows they will not show up for their shift can use the built-in chat in Proplanum to inform the manager of their absence. This allows the manager to quickly react and make the necessary changes to the schedule.
If an employee does not start their shift, the manager will receive a notification of their absence. This allows for a quick verification of the situation and taking action without unnecessary delay.
If, as a manager, you need to make last-minute changes to the schedule, follow these steps:
Log in to Proplanum through the web browser and go to the "Schedule" tab.
Make any necessary changes to the schedule.
Remember: You can make changes to the schedule only for future periods. You cannot edit past changes.
After making changes, publish the schedule so that the changes become visible to all team members. To do this, select the "Publish" button located on the top bar on the left side.
After publication, all team members assigned to the schedule will receive an automatic notification via the mobile application.
Important: Publishing the schedule is necessary for the planned changes to be visible in reports, printouts, and to employees. Until the schedule is published, the changes will not be displayed or enforced.
